All confirmed and fully paid bag orders will undergo internal review, quality inspection and protective packaging within 1–7 business days after order confirmation. Processing operations do not cover weekends and official United States public holidays, with all warehouse work suspended during these non-working periods.
During peak shopping seasons and promotional campaigns with high order influx, standard processing schedules may be moderately extended. We will send formal email notifications to customers promptly if any substantial order delays occur to keep all buyers updated.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, outer dimensions and delivery region. The exact shipping cost will be automatically computed and clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment, with zero hidden charges.
We provide only standard shipping services for all orders, with an estimated delivery duration of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This timeframe serves solely as a reference. Actual parcel arrival may be affected by logistics carrier operational delays, cross-border customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, regional logistical restrictions and holiday service suspensions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspections and is officially shipped out, our system will send an automated shipment confirmation email, including your exclusive tracking number and corresponding logistics provider details.
Tracking data will be synchronized and available for real-time online inquiry within 24–72 hours after the carrier picks up your package. Temporary system synchronization delays are normal in logistics operations. You may contact our support team for manual verification if no tracking updates appear after 72 hours.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid zip codes and active contact information during checkout. Please double-check all delivery details before completing payment.
MICHAEL WRIGHT shall not be liable for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to independently bear all reshipping fees, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is confirmed missing during transit, please submit a loss investigation request to our customer support team within 2 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with logistics providers to trace the parcel and deliver a proper resolution in a timely manner.
Bag products may suffer extrusion deformation, surface scratches, accessory loosening or packaging damage during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged or defective items, please reach out to our after-sales team within 24 hours upon delivery. You must provide clear photos of both the outer packaging and damaged product areas as valid evidence. We will conduct a comprehensive review and resolve the issue efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

Each bag product is crafted with leather, canvas, synthetic fabric and other mainstream materials, with professional material-specific care instructions attached. We recommend all customers follow official guidelines for daily use, ventilation storage and routine cleaning to maintain product texture and extend service life.
Any product damage, fading, deformation or structural failure caused by improper cleaning, damp storage environments, unauthorized modification or rough manual misuse is categorized as human-induced damage. MICHAEL WRIGHT does not undertake after-sales compensation or maintenance responsibilities for non-quality-related damage.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

Cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and other tax charges formulated by the destination country’s local customs authority in accordance with local trade supervision policies.
All customs-related expenses are fully borne by the customer. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store do not include any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by unpaid customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
